New Year's resolutions 2023

We make resolutions or goals at work as well as in our personal lives when the new year ticks over, or when we refresh our performance plans. 

This year, a few of my work goals include: 

• Complete three Kill Your Darlings writing courses to further my understanding (and love) of the craft of writing. 

• Start drafting a cookbook with some of the recipes I’ve created. This is partially at the request of some friends, and also to increase my knowledge of what goes into producing one because one of my goals is to edit a cookbook. 

• Approach more of my ‘ideal clients’ to work with so that I get even more enjoyment out of my work. 

• Develop and host more online writing workshops (this one is already in the works!)
